The Finished Bed

The owner and her sister play on the bed as we set up the rest of the room.

If you look underneath you will notice a major change from the final version. After I built the bed I realized that even though it would make it through the door, it wouldn't make the tight turn. So I cut out the cubbyholes and made the shelf into a desk.

Here I was thinking of creating a scallloped molding. I abandoned that idea for the easy store bought molding
